Sophia George Debut Single “De Nuevo”
A newer addition to the Chicago nightlife, Sophia George debuted on the dancefloor around 2023. Hitting clubs and venues with high energy behind the decks, spinning groovy, aftro, latin and disco inspired house music. In her short and growing career she already performed in some of Chicago’s more popular spaces like Celeste, Kashmir, Mom’s House, Castaways, Loft 22, and even supporting local Chicago legends like Gene Farris.
As Sophia George builds upon her young career as a DJ, consistenly performing at Chicago’s premier clubs and venues, she decides to take it a step further thi! Dropping her first mix on soundcloud about 3 years ago, this summer she makes a big move into production. Debuting her own sound, Sophia drops a hit single titled De Nuevo, choosing Miami’s Dub Records to house her release. A strong entry into production, De Nuevo is a must have to get a dance floor moving! With heavy latin influenced piano and percussion, this track is sure to get your hips rockin.
