Keeping up with his consistent releases throughout the year. Nearly every month Billy Marchiafava drops a new single, and each one is better than the next. His latest release, Dorothy, follows Brainrot and Me! Me! Us! from the previous months. Another collab with Ashtin Larold, and bringing back Chandler since working on Big Body Brothers and Make A Move. Their styles compliment each other between their flow and wordplay. Heavy rhythm, with a callous delivery, over a raw beat. It is a strong summer exit, and another fresh beat for his touring schedule.

Starting out on a chorus note, followed by Chandler hittin bars like “Nothin new to me, they said its shiny why they touchin on my jewelry? Random people talkin about what they gonna do to me!” and Billy matches his energy with lines like “I just got back from my show I made a couple grand, 630 in the am wtf’s a bed. I don’t ever sleep I got a 100 bars up in my head.” Through their words you can see the hustle is second nature to them at this point, runnin laps around been there and done that.

Brainrot comes at you a little bit heavier with the bass. Bringing on horror core juggalo rapper Oija Macc alongside frequent collaborator Roy Alfonso on the production. The sample “Outside With The Mob” from Billy’s verses rides the beat on repeat, setting the tone from the start. With this lineup you know it is hype, and Billy affirms that on the chorus with, “This the type of song that make your speakers blow up. Outside with the Mob there’s no fuckin’ with us.” Keeping it rolling through out the year with hot ones like Dorothy and Brainrot, exciting to see what Billy Marchiafava has cookin next!
