Follow Basura Boyz
Making some noise this year following his 2024 release, this machine is pumpin out another amazing track and collaboration. Following up on his 2024 run releasing about dozen remixes and originals in just one year alone. Most recently, dropping another collab track titled I Don’t Want A Lot, with Sage Armstrong and Chicago living legend Gene Farris. The beat is energetic from the start, with some vocal loops that are truly hypnotizing. The lyrics themselves will get you hyped on the dance floor. “I don’t want a lot tequila on the rocks, thers money right in front of me we party round the clock,” in the hook. It is almost impossible to sit still while these beat plays!
In the same week we get another treat from Basura Boyz. Dropping a whole one hour mix on Dirtybird radio, to promote and celebrate this latest release and collab on the label, a major milestone! Really taking you on a trip with his low driving basslines and hypnotizing breaks and vocals. You can tell at points he is inspired by working with OG’s like Gene Farris, and likely growing up listening to House Musics innovators. A favorite point among many in the mix is the Tootsies Pop at near mid point, a perfect time to bring in some more energy for the second half of the mix. Only his live sets can do better so keep your calenders open for Basura Boyz in case he pops into your city!
