Cardboard People make noise once more with another hit single. It will be their third release of the year following up on AI Love and My Own Sickness. Their latest drop, Smash, is another groovy synth funk vibe for the 80s romance fan. Released in June, the tune already past 25k plays, matchin their earlier singles quick!
Smash! is vibey synth pop dance track that will have you feeling nostalgic. Balance out with the vocals, Yunoka gives it some energy with her voice. Her lyrics indicate some sort of romance gone sour, as she sings in the chorus. “Cant stop feeling love is an illusion, a promise faded into the night, a run a way train, a track thats out of order… ” The thoughts pass her mind as she fantasizes on a joy ride. A hearfelt tune, Yunokas vocals really delivers passion in her singing, showing great control of her highs and lows.
