2 New 2 Can Releases, Believe That!

Charismatic as they come, 2 Can personifies the best characteristics of Chicago. Big on energy and attitude; big smiles and a real badass. A music artist and a media personality, 2 Can hosts events, a radio show, and performs live. Co-founding 6D Networktainment, she also provides a platform for artists to spotlight and grow their talents. Releasing music herself as early as 2018, 2 Can has 3 EP’s and a handful of hit singles in her pocket.

“A Beauty, But I’m Still In Beast Mode” – 2 Can

Continuing to expand her music library, 2 Can releases a couple of singles, starting 2024 off right. The first being a beat that is just made for Chicago summer playlists. Talking about Believe That featuring Sonny Trill, which you can listen below. High on well deserved pride, 2 Can flows over a dope gritty, percussive rhythm that compliments the beat pattern. Filled with confidence in her words, she raps about the gratification of getting things done, by any means necessary.
Her energy is contagious as she repeats the chorus. “The crib I bought I be at… the bed I made I sleep at.” Creating her own foundation and facing every opportunity head on. Ending each chorus with “Yes, Believe That,” almost like a flex but also a challenge to take on within yourself too. Sonny Trill with the closing verse. He speeds through his words with skillful lyricism before the chorus jumps back in to run out the clock.
The second release 2 Can prepared for us, is that attitude hiding in a Chicago born woman. By the title of Soulmate, you might expect another Valentines day love song, right up until 2 Can utters any words. As they say, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, and others may say, don’t piss off a rapper. To be fair tho, someone to slip up on 2 Can does not know whats good for him anyway! Over a sultry rhythm and beat, 2 Can makes repulsion sound almost romantic. The poem to close this serenade has a lustful artistry to it as well. Featuring Luv Moore and The Po-em Aaliyah Scimone, the team up could not have perfected that anti love song any better. One after another though, these 2 releases hit the spot!
