“All these worries in my mind, don’t need it.”

Kingstarlight releases his 3rd song for 2022, Lights Out, in early September, closing out the summer months! Noting that this release is one of his favorites, he had created the jam after talking with friends about the end of the world. Over a simple beat and a catchy guitar riff he sings his chorus, “Can you tell me if we’ll be alright. Do you wanna go far away, forget about yesterday… Until the lights go out?” Bridging into the next verse with a quick guitar solo, he continues to contemplate, “dreaming up a universe, I see it. But im still stuck on earth, I see it. Looking for a stars for a place to go, watch out for the bombs theyre about to blow.”

Closing out the track with his chorus again, as the guitar work gets more intricate. Lights Out has a moody energy about it with a grunge rock attitude, certainly fit for some end of days contemplations as the fire burns. His vocals and lyrics adds a romantic feel to the gloom, as if being set free by those ominous thoughts themselves, enabling you to explore and escape into what may be left behind. What would it matter, if the lights go out? A short and sweet artistic piece to go adrift to.
